Trading Range:
Nifty opened gap up at 11877 on Tuesday and made a high and low of 11883 and 11780 respectively before closing negative at 11798.
Review/Outlook:
For the day, support for Nifty exists at 11750 and 11680 levels whereas resistance for Nifty stands at 11880 and 11930 levels.
Review/Outlook:
Bank Nifty opened a gap up at 30517, made a high of 30611, low of 30330, and closed negative at 30433. For the day, support for Bank Nifty exists at 30200 and 30000 levels whereas resistance for Bank Nifty stands at 30700 and 30900 levels. |

The contract is for a period of 7 years and this product is not part of Navin Fluorine’s existing product portfolio. The capex and project will be executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited. (BL). |

US oil supplies to India have jumped ten-fold to 2,50,000 barrels per day (bpd) in the last few years, visiting US Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette said on Tuesday. (BL). |
India and the US on Tuesday closed defence deals worth $3 billion during the two-day visit of US President Donald J Trump, which included the sale of state-of-the-choppers — six AH-64E Apache Helicopters and 24 MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopters to India under the Foreign Military Sales program of the US government. Around 12.67 lakh jobs were created in December 2019 against 14.59 lakh in the previous month, according to payroll data of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Gross enrolments of new subscribers with ESIC were 1.49 crore during the entire financial year 2018-19, the National Statistical Office (NSO) said in a report. (BL). |

DJIA and NASDAQ Composite
US markets rally is unraveling, with a period of historic gains coming to a screeching halt on Tuesday, as fear that the coronavirus epidemic may reach America rattles Wall Street. The Dow Jones Index closed at 27,081, down 879.44 points by 3.15%. The Standard & Poors 500 index closed at 3,128, down 97.68 points by 3.03%. The Nasdaq Composite Index closed at 8,965, down 255.67 points by 2.77%.

UK markets finished lower again on Tuesday, as investors continued to digest the latest developments around the spreading global outbreak of the Covid-19 strain of coronavirus. The FTSE 100 index closed at 7,018, down 138.95 points by 1.94%. |

Asian shares fell on Wednesday as a U.S. warning to Americans to prepare for the possibility of a coronavirus pandemic drove another Wall Street tumble and pushed yields on safe-haven Treasuries to record lows. Nikkei is currently trading at 22,239, down 366.01 points by 1.62%.
Precious Metals
Gold prices ended lower on Tuesday, giving back a big chunk of the previous session’s haven-inspired gains in a bout of apparent profit-taking.
Base Metals
The three-month zinc price on the London Metal Exchange was lower at the close of trading on Tuesday February 25, with the price edging down by 0.3% in a broadly positive trading afternoon, while lead futures topped the base-metals complex.
Crude Oil
Oil futures fell on Tuesday to mark their lowest finish in two weeks, as worries about the spread of COVID-19 outside China, and the impact on energy demand, sent prices down for a third straight session. |
