You can opt for either of the one commission models - Trail Commission or Fixed Commission.
Trail Commission will be a percentage of the net revenue to the company. (i.e. 10% of Net Revenue from referred BA for the Next 3 Years.)
Fixed Commission will be a fixed amount per referral after meeting said criteria. ( i.e. ₹10,000 per referral , once 30 accounts are opened by the referred BA or after just 3 Active Months in the company, whichever is earlier!)
The said upfront deposit as per Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. ( ACMIIL ) needs to be cleared.
The lead provided shouldn’t be an existing lead in our system/follow-up.
The Trail commission will only be paid to the referrer (Existing BA) once Referred BA is onboarded in the first week of the following payment cycle.
The Fixed commission will be paid to the referrer (Existing BA) only once Referred BA is onboarded and said condition is fulfilled. Payment will be cleared in the first week of the following payment cycle.
The right to convert any lead as a business associate will be at the sole discretion of Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. (ACMIIL).
If Referred BA discontinues or is terminated within the first 3 Months from the onboarded date, then NO pay-out will be given and the same is non-transferable.
If Referred BA joins us as a MA (Marketing Associate), then no pay-out will be given and the same is non-transferable.
The Company reserves the sole right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The company reserves the sole right to reject the payment on the basis of a breach of rules and conditions.
The existing BA will not be eligible for any other ongoing offers from Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. (ACMIIL) for referring a BA.
